"This was our 2nd stay at the Los Palmares condos within the last year and it was wonderful! Sherrie was very easy to contact and coordinate with prior to the trip. If you want to stay clear of all the crowds and noise of the typical resorts and (dare I say it) time shares, then this is the place for you! You are literally steps from the swimmable and clear waters of Banderas Bay and only a 5 minute drive south of downtown PV. The corner unit is well stocked and comfortable with unforgettable views. The balcony is remarkable with 2 comfortable lounge chairs. We were also surprised to find pool and sand toys for our 2 toddlers.
The staff is amazing and very courteous. Having the palapa restaurant on-site is a huge plus. We had our lunch poolside every day for less then $70 for the week. And you get great food at a place named Figueroa's in the romantic zone just 1 block off of Basilio Badillo. 1,000 thank you's to Sherrie, we can't wait to come back next time."

"Thank you so much for allowing my family the pleasure of the beautiful condo in Puerto Vallarta.
We had an amazing time!! The pleasures of the beach and pool with such relaxation is exactly what we were looking for. I cannot wait to do it again with my husband and son. The library of movies was great especially since we have not seen Pretty Woman in a very long time. Again, thank you!!"

"The condo at Los Palmares is beautiful, from the double door entry way, to the two ample sized bedrooms and bathrooms, to the living space. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need to prepare your meals with plates, cups, utensils, pots and pans, spices, a coffee maker, even a blender for your favorite frozen drinks. :) Immediately adjacent to the kitchen is a large round table which comfortably seats you and your guest. And, the condo even has an in-unit washer and dryer, which was incredibly handy for all of swim gear, towels, and clothing. But the best features of the condo is the large windows and doors, which can all be opened to allow a multidirectional view of the ocean, and access to the generous sized balcony, which has a table and chairs so that you can enjoy watching the sunset on the ocean every evening. The condo is immediately on the beach, which is largely unoccupied, and the condo has some boogie boards and beach accessories, which we enjoyed using. In addition, the complex has a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean with in-pool loungers, showers and a bathroom available for convenient use. To further simplify your ocean and pool time fun, the Palapa, which is immediately adjacent to the pool, is open every morning until mid afternoon and serves delicious food and drinks. The complex was very safe and secure, with a heavy iron gate and 24 hour front desk staff, who were all extremely polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. This condo is simply wonderful for a relaxing and easy beach vacation in Mexico! I would heartily recommend it and I hope your trip will be as fabulous as mine was!"

"The perfect weekend getaway! We just did a friends weekend away to the condo, and I loved it. You could not get a better location. It's far enough away from the bustle of the boardwalk, and yet is easily reachable by public transport or taxi in under ten minutes. The views are stunning. See my picture. Imagine sitting on the balcony watching a perfect sunset for three days. The pool is fantastic, and the other side of that is a beautiful sandy beach. I can't wait to go back!"

“We wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time!! We are so happy we could stay in your beautiful condo again. Our trip was great!! We enjoyed the sun, the waves and the pool. And of course the views from the condo. The weather and water were perfect, and we very much enjoyed doing nothing. Now we are back home, all relaxed, with lots of nice memories and looking forward to returning to Los Palmares.”

“You totally UNDERSOLD your condo here. This place is amazing...1st class…top of the line...absolutely beautiful. Very nice beach and way beyond our expectations. If Day 1 is any indication of how the rest of the trip will be we would love to rent this every year from you. Carlos picked us up. Took us to Costco and helped out with everything. Very nice man and a great asset to have. We are going to venture down into town later on today. We hung by the pool most of the day so far and now are resting. Trying to figure out what excursion to go on. Looking at scuba and canopy tours - maybe a sail boat ride too.”

"Beautiful condo, amazing views, and a great location! I stayed here with a few friends for 3 days and wished we had stayed longer. The condo was very quiet and comfortable. Felt like we had our own private pool, hot tub, and beach cause there was hardly anyone else around. The view of the sunset from the balcony is amazing. It was very clean and loved that the owner recommended an awesome driver that made a pit stop to Walmart (upon our request) from the airport to the condo, so we picked up a bunch of groceries and made good use of the kitchen, which had all the cooking utensils we needed. I also loved that there is a bus stop right across the street so it was very convenient to get into town. I would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed in the Los Palmares condos in May 2005, and it was fabulous! It's located about 10 minutes outside of main (downtown) PV, and was a PERFECT location, because it was away from all the noise, commotion, tourism, yet close enough that we could make a trip to the shops and restaurants whenever we wanted. A bus stops directly out front of Los Palmares (just make sure you have some coins to pay for it). Or, you can take a taxi for about $5-$10 bucks. The front desk will help you arrange any transportation, activities, etc. And they're not working on commission (won't try to sell you any expensive tours or anything)...they are just incredibly helpful, friendly, pleasant, and a terrific resource. Omar was the concierge when we went there, and he was by far the most helpful person I've ever run into on a vacation. Our trip would not have been as wonderful without his numerous suggestions and loads of advice for us. Los Palmares is about halfway between downtown and the rock structure "Los Arcos"...we could see Los Arcos, the beach, and the ocean from our balcony, which was HUGE, and was accessible from the living room, the guest bedroom, AND the master bedroom...so views from every room. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we went to the grocery store (and a nearby SAM's club) and made lots of meals and margaritas at the condo. If you want to go into town to a nice restaurant one night, I recommend Daiquiri Dicks, right on the beach. Also...the infinity pool looks right out at the beach, which is completely vendor-free and uncrowded, so you have your choice of sitting in the pool and gazing out at the ocean, or laying on the beach.
Los Palmares can't be beat...all of the other condos and hotels we saw looked run down and shabby in comparison to Los Palmares. If I travel to PV again, I won't even consider staying anywhere else. :-)
As you can see, the furnishings are simple but nice. The bed coverings are basic, but of course you don't need a fluffy down comforter in Mexico! There are a lot of nice features that you can't see from the pics...a nice large dining table with marble top, window that opens off of the dining room w/ view of los arcos, master bedroom w/ walk-in closet, master bath with soaking tub (although we never used it), shower/toilet area is separate from sink/mirror area, which is nice if you're sharing the bathroom.
The complex is just very nice and well maintained; being on 7th floor was nice as the lobby (main floor) is really the 5th floor. So all floors above that have expansive views and it's nice and quiet.
The main reasons for my positive recommendations of this property: location, well maintained grounds, nice private beach and pool, and what seemed to be very attentive management.
Hope you enjoy your trip! :)"

“I just wanted to send you a quick email to say that my sister and her family love the condo, building, and beach and are having a great time. The staff in the building are also very nice and the Palapa dining room is great. Overall Fantastic!”

"Paradise! Me encanto!"
